Alpha Group’s mission is to be a leading fire and security risk management organization through the provision of fire detection, protection and extinguishment systems and in the deployment of access control/security systems in the Middle East.       Reduce the customer complaints by 50%.
      Increase the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSS) to 90%.
      Ensure timely preventive maintenance of facility and equipment is carried out at the required intervals.
      To create and maintain a culture of quality within the company.
      To ensure that all our employees are trained in quality assurance and that this training is on-going at all levels.
      To meet all legal requirements.
      To provide the resources necessary to achieve the required level of quality.
      To provide documentary evidence of all quality control measures.
      To ensure the timely completion of all projects by complying with all the necessary standards and guidelines.
      To ensure that the servicing of all fire and safety equipment is done in compliance with local and international standards.
      To ensure that all client requests are acknowledged within 24 hours and are directed to the relevant departments/individuals within 48 hours from the receipt of the request or acknowledgement by ensuring to keep the client informed accordingly.
